LEGACY SILVERTON MEDICAL CENTER
Legacy Silverton Hospital expansion and remodel includes approximately a 21,000 sf. ft. addition to the hospital’s SW corner, a new Emergency Department and a portion of the new Diagnostic Imaging Department.
Albina Library is being renovated & expanded, resulting in 30,000 sf. ft. of space. This expansion will help the existing building grow all with keeping its historic character intact.
These projects consist of new affordable housing bringing 137 new apartment homes to the Montavilla neighborhood in Portland. They will serve families and individuals coming out of homelessness. A full story regarding the project below.
